When to book
Demand in Ireland is very seasonal. According to Google Trends, searches for "campervan hire" in Ireland peak in June and July, and in December they are about a tenth of the June level (Google Trends). European Consumer Centre Ireland recommends booking early in high season and checking the cancellation policy if you pay in advance (source).

If something goes wrong after the trip
- Complain in writing to the company first, with your booking number, photos and the return form.
- If you are unhappy with the answer, or get none, and the company is in a different EU country from yours, go to the European Consumer Centre in your own country; if you live in Ireland, that is European Consumer Centre Ireland, through its complaint form (source).
