What is published
For each review we publish the first name, the initial of the surname, the company, the location, the month of the trip, the rating and the text. We never publish the email address, the full surname or the proof of booking.
Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. The website is hosted by OVH (OVH Hispano S.L.U. / OVH SAS), which acts as data processor with servers in the European Union (Gravelines data centre, France). When we publish a review, we send its text to the company concerned so it can reply, without your contact details.
Reviews from other websites
We never reproduce on this website the reviews and complaints from other platforms that we analyse: we publish only our own summaries and figures, linking to each source. If you wrote one of those reviews and want us to stop processing it, write to contact@campervanrentalreviews.com with its link and we will exclude it from our analysis.
Server logs
Like any website, the server automatically records the IP address, date and page requested, for security reasons. Our hosting provider's statistics tool (OVHcloud) uses those same logs to produce aggregate visit figures, such as page views or countries of origin, without cookies or tracking in your browser. Legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and knowing which content is read (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These logs are managed by the hosting provider and kept for the period it sets in its terms.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to contact@campervanrentalreviews.com. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or to the supervisory authority in your country.
No cookies or tracking
This website does not use cookies, browser-based analytics or advertising. We only count visits in aggregate from the server logs (see "Server logs"). The fonts are served from our own server. The browser language is only used, on the first visit to the home page, to open the site in English or Spanish; nothing is stored. More information in the cookie policy.
