Review policy

This policy explains how we manage reviews, as required by Article 20.4 of the Spanish consolidated General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users.

Who can send a review

Anyone who has rented a vehicle from the company reviewed, once the rental is over. We recommend waiting 30 days from return so you can include what happened with the deposit and any charges.

How we verify

  1. We confirm the author's email address.
  2. We ask for a booking confirmation or invoice, which is never published and which we delete within 30 days of checking it.
  3. We check that the company, location and dates match the proof.
  4. We only publish one review per booking.

Reviews we could not verify are not published or, if published, are marked "not verified" and do not count towards the score.

What we do not publish

  • Insults or degrading language.
  • Names or other personal data of staff or third parties.
  • Accusations of crimes.
  • Full booking codes, number plates or payment details.
  • Reviews by employees, competitors or paid reviews.
  • Content unrelated to the rental.

If a review includes any of these, we ask the author to correct it. We do not change the text without their consent.

What we do publish

All verified reviews that meet these rules, whether positive or negative. We do not remove or hide negative reviews at a company's request. We do not offer or accept anything in exchange for reviews.

Order and score

Reviews are shown from newest to oldest. Each company's score is the simple average of its verified reviews. The full method is on the methodology page.

Company replies

We notify the company of every review published about it. It can reply and its reply is published under the review.

Removing reviews

We remove a review if its author asks, if it breaks these rules or if we receive a well-founded notice that it is illegal. Any person or company can use the reporting form. We communicate the decision and the reasons to the person who reported and to the author.

Author's licence

By sending a review, the author keeps their rights and grants us a free, non-exclusive and indefinite licence to publish it on this website and in its translations, until they ask for its removal. The author guarantees that the content is true and is responsible for it.
